The Publications module provides an easy way for a website owner to make documents available for site visitors to view, download or email to a friend or colleague. Documents can be allocated into categories to make it easier for them to be found. A keyword search facility is also available.
The display of an individual document includes an icon to show what type of documents it is (e.g. Word, PDF, Excel etc), a document name and a description. Buttons then allow the document to be viewed, downloaded or emailed.

Features:
- Individual documents have both a title and a description
- Documents can be any common file type including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF etc and the type of document can be highlighted using a file type icon.
- Vistors can choose to either view, download or email a document to a friend or colleague
- Documents can be assigned to categories
- Documents can be searched for using keywords
